Very well decorated, clean, and locked entrances make this motel a great stay. I was surprised to get a room with a kitchenette, and if this is the norm, I would definitely book again! The shower was spotless. I like how there aren't too many rooms at this motel. Makes for a quiet and cozy stay. The room is also spacious and has great selection of TV channels and regular speed wifi.
I don't normally write reviews of motels, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean and up to date this one is. It is well decorated, I found nothing in the room that is run down, broken, or in disrepair...it was obvious that someone here really cares. Don't be fooled by the appearance of what you see from the highway...that's not the motel you first see but rather a "quick-stop" type store which also serves (for the moment) as the office. The motel is thoroughly modern and up to date. The room had the usual appliances such as microwave, TV, and coffee pot, but also a small kitchenette with cook stove and fridge. I have no complaints at all...I think you'll like it too.
This is our 20th day on our #AlaskanPhotoJourney. Best room ever.The attention to detail is like she was decorating a bed & breakfast or her own guest room at her home.Check out the pictures I took of the details. Stainless kitchenette, nice bath towels, fire place, little personal choices for the hooks & shelving in bathroom. Beautiful & comfy bed. Plus wood floor. Everything seems so new!
The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner is the sweetest lady and so accommodating. I would stay here again anytime! A great surprise in a small town :)
Actually more than just "nice"! Pricey, but value was there considering the staff, remote location, and the quality of the accomodations. A new, larger facility under construction next door and I'd be happy to stay at either on my next trip.
